EROTIK IPTV provides access to live television channels and video-on-demand (VOD) content through internet protocol television (IPTV) technology. Our service is delivered via M3U playlists and Xtream Codes API compatible with standard IPTV player applications.
3. Subscription and Payment
- All payments must be made exclusively in cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), or Tether (USDT).
- We do not accept fiat currency, credit cards, PayPal, or any traditional payment methods.
- Subscription plans are available for 6 months and 12 months as displayed on our pricing page.
- Payment is one-time and non-recurring. We do not store payment information or charge automatically.
- All cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible. No refunds will be issued except in cases of proven technical failure on our end.
4. Account and Credentials
- We do not create user accounts requiring personal information.
- Subscription credentials (M3U URLs, Xtream Codes) are delivered via Telegram after payment confirmation.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- Sharing credentials with third parties may result in immediate termination without refund.
- Each subscription is intended for personal use on devices within a single household.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our service without authorization
- Use automated systems to scrape, download, or archive content
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or bypass any security measures
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Interfere with other users' access to the service
6. Content and Intellectual Property
All content accessed through our service is the property of its respective copyright holders. EROTIK IPTV does not host content on our servers. We provide access to publicly available streams. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of content complies with local laws and regulations.
7. Service Availability
- We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Occasional maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary disruptions.
- We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, device failures, or third-party app issues.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall EROTIK IPTV be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
